Always enjoyable.

Absolutely Awful

Floors were so badly creaking from above we could not get any sleep. TV remote controller was broken and there is no hand rose for the shower only a ceiling rose which means you cant have a shower without getting totally soaked. Parking was a joke. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is very badly sound proofed you could hear everything from everywhere especially the floor creaking.

Everything was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Beds were great.

Nice & comfy but Car Park Prices Atrocious!!!

Have stayed here many times over the last few years. Staff were friendly and helpful but the car parking prices are unreal. Once you’ve parked you can’t move your car or you have to pay every time you move it, £8 whether you are there 10 mins or 6hrs, or £15 over 6hrs. So we parked up and we’re going to go out for a meal using the car, but to move the car once and return for the night is a whopping £20!!! And that’s if you’ve managed to get a discount code or it would have been £23!!!’ Absolutely disgusting prices, I understand it’s not the Premier Inn’s fault but come on, basically putting an
