Excellent room with a view of the runway. Excellent customer service at the bar and restaurant, especially from Deepti and John. Staff were very knowledgeable about airport transfers and costs

Best value and best location for Terminal 4

I had a great stay at the Premier Inn, LHR T4. So convenient for the Terminal with a covered walkway between the terminal and the hotel. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, and good eating options too. Will definitely stay again next time I’m flying out from T4!

Horrible hotel would not recommend

I experienced several significant issues during my stay that caused major inconvenience and unexpected expense. There appears to be confusion regarding your multiple locations, and after paying for a shuttle to one of them, I was then required to pay an additional $35 for a taxi to reach the correct property. Once in the room, there were no accessible electrical outlets available for charging my phone. I contacted the front desk and was advised to use the USB port while keeping the television on; however, this solution did not work, and my phone continued to lose power. Because my phone batter

A great evening

Had a very comfortable stay before my flight. At the evening meal, I was served by the beautiful Deepti. She was friendly, helpful, and extremely hardworking. All her customers had her full attention, and she went above and beyond!

The Blueprint

Stayed at lots of Premier Inns but this one is up there with the best. Every member of staff I spoke to could not be friendlier or more helpful. From reception, to breakfast, to check out. The room was spotless and super quiet despite being on the runway side of the building. So easy to get to and from Terminal 4 via a covered walkway. The best PI I have stayed in and the blueprint as far as I am concerned.
