Pros: Хороший современный отель, высокое здание, которое хорошо видно из исторического центра, удобно ориентироваться ) Достопримечательности Кёльна и магазины в шаговой доступности. Хороший завтрак, вкусный кофе. В номере есть чайник, чай и растворимый кофе в пакетиках. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Cons: Подушки пожалуй не очень удобные.

The most horrible experience in making a hotel reservation
Cons: READ THIS BEFORE EVEN CHECKING ANY ROOM I made a reservation of a room at this place and added my Austrian erste Bank debit card as payment. Next day I got a message that my card is not acceptable and I reached them and they told me explicitly add a credit card, because they can ONLY make the payment through that. I decided to cancel my booking then. The instant that I cancelled my payment, I got cut 90% of the room reservation cost, even though they told me they can not accept my card! I then called them, and they first direct you an extremely useless AI agent, so they can make you
