Letchworth…….This is an excellent Premier inn, our room was exceptionally clean, fresh and welcoming. Although on the main road. Our room was very quiet couldn’t hear any passing traffic. We had a very good 3 night stay and if in Letchworth again will Definitely stay here again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank You Letchworth. .
Very clean, comfy and quiet hotel
Comfortable and super clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds and an overall nice and quiet atmosphere. We spent 3 nights there during the week and the staff was so kind and friendly. They gave a surprise gift to my daughter and we were so touched!
Best Budget Hotel Chain!
This was the best budget hotel experience ever! Yes, the mattresses are superb as are the linens and pillows and the showerhead with great water pressure. The staff is friendly, accomodating and great fun and certainly the location cannot be better. Breakfast offered everthing one could want. Will be back!!!!
Disappointed
Location and price perfect for my needs. Sadly room had overpowering smell of body odour. Like a rugby changing room. Windows were secured and did not open to ventilate room.

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Walking distance from station and very good cafes. Recommend and will stay there again if needed.
