Staff excellent. Rooms & furniture tatty and could do with deep clean. Carpets stained. Cheap handwash in plus rooms. Noisy roads either side. Large payable car park which is increasingly popular with whitbread. Once was enough.
Noisy, down trodden
Large parking area but limited spaces. Hotel very down trodden compared to other London Premier Inns. No noise insulation whatsoever could hear every door slam and people in room above us. Our room had a bad smell like drains and the heating control was broken. There was a hole in the floor covered by carpet. Empty water bottle left by previous guest and generally didn't feel clean. Shower was leaking and spraying water everywhere.
Great stay as always in the Premier Inn
We had an excellent stay, the hotel staff were brilliant and friendly. It was my birthday and the staff had even gone to the trouble of decorating my room with balloons and chocolates. Was so great! Great breakfast and free parking at the weekend!
I loved my stay
A great location for a London stay! There’s a station nearby as well as bus routes. You will be sure to have a comfortable stay! I highly recommend 5/5
