Great location to get around

Location was good for travelling in and around London. Was not in a noisy part of London so got plenty of rest. Easy to explore and comfy place to stay.

Friendly staff but needs improvement.

Staff here are friendly and the location was good for the tube. Those are the only positives really. The room wasn’t the cleanest with items left under the bed, we had 2 glasses for a family of 4 and the sink took about an hour to drain water. We stayed for 4 nights and the bins were never emptied so we had to provide our own bags and do it ourselves, despite the staff at reception saying it should have been done. We didn’t eat there, just had chips takeaway which we took to our room. The portions were small for the price so wouldn’t recommend.

Very poor for premier inn. No sleep due to faulty air conditioning unit, bathroom dirty, lack of towels and food abismall.
