Kew Gardens just over the river
Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. Stayed in a plus room, very good. Sorry for scaring the housekeeper when I went along the corridor for extra teabags. First time in this Premier Inn, we previously stayed at the one in Richmond, but the staff were very miserable and unhelpful to the point of being rude. Therefore, this was a much better stay. Good to be able to meet the new manager and have a chat with him to feedback personally. Good location for Kew Gardens.

Lovely cosy stay at hotel
Great value for money! Very friendly staff. Jesvil the manager was very kind and professional. Rooms warm and clean. Would definitely recommend. :)
