Cons: We were a bit disappointed with the service at the reception. We wanted to order a pizza at 7:00 PM. But it was not possible as they were on a break. Instead, we went out to the city and ate Asian food right across from the hotel.

Pros: Quick check-in, quiet hotel Cons: After a long trip, we didn't have the energy to change rooms, it was a bit dirty, hot at 26.5 degrees, and there was a terrible stain in front of the doors and towels for 2 people, even though we booked for 3.
Don't need to do it a 2nd time
Pros: The location is great. Cons: The staff is unfriendly, especially during breakfast. No good morning, no kind words. Guests are rudely scolded, and then boasted about with colleagues. At the reception during check-out, not a word, no have a nice day, no goodbye, no how did you like it. Just okay. The cleaning staff is loud and visibly annoyed, no good morning. Throughout the house, one feels unwelcome here. Apparently, one is only tolerated.
