Poor food

Staff were lovely and polite, rooms are clean. Unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. My burger arrived without 3 of the 4 toppings and my chips were cold. Granted they replaced the chips with lovely hot ones but they did not replace the rest of the meal so my burger was cold by the time the chips arrived and I was still missing burger toppings. When I asked another member of staff about this I was given the missing toppings on a separate plate to add to my cold burger. I can't blame the wait staff they were amazing, but if a meal is not right, the whole meal should be replaced

Good value for money and convinient location

Good value for money , good location , paid £12 for taxi from Manchester airport to the hotel. Dinner was reasonable price.

Premier Inn

Great hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. A special thanks to Paulo — he is a dedicated team member and a proud Muslim, and his kindness and respectful attitude made my stay even better. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel Shame about the guests

Spent a night with my wife before she headed off on a flight at Manchester airport. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and great value. The experience was marred by some drunken men being rude to my wife inside the waiting area by reception. Overall decent but let down by inebriated guests with no manners. The gentleman who drove us to the airport via the shuttle service was a true gentleman and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a brilliant stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, amazing staff, great food, comfortable bed and great shower. Couldn’t recommend more highly would definitely stay there again.
