Séjour agréable

Hôtel bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Métro et tram sont très proches également. La chambre n'était pas très grande mais confortable et propre. Bonne isolation phonique par rapport à la rue, assez passante. Plateau de courtoisie avec bouilloire à disposition.

Comfortable room, but disappointing service and communication

Pros: The room itself was comfortable enough, with a decent bed, good pillows, and a kettle with tea and coffee. The hotel is also fairly close to Munich Airport, which was convenient. Cons: Communication before arrival was poor. I sent several messages through Booking.com and never received a reply. The hotel also encourages guests to use the Premier Inn app, but there were no clear instructions on how to connect the booking, and my question about this was ignored. Check-in was the most disappointing part. The receptionist seemed uninterested, spoke very quietly, and gave almost no useful inf
