Nice bed average food

We have stayed at Ripley, Premier Inn before so knew what to expect from the rooms. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. We are at the Cook House and the food was average pub fair. It wouldn't have been our choice but we had arrived late than expected and were hungry. The staff at the Cook House were great but the food was just average pub food. We were disappointed to find that the Premier Inn now charges for parking, it wasn't overly expensive but just a bit cheeky we felt. We had a good night's sleep but could hear the people above us w

One in a million staff member

Absolutely exceptional service throughout my stay. I stayed for business and was greeted at reception by a lovely young woman called Elleigh, who instantly set the tone for my stay. She was professional, always smiling, and genuinely went out of her way to make me feel comfortable after a long day of travel. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work — she’s truly an asset to the hotel and left such a positive impression. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning on future visits for sure.

Great location and friendly staff. The usual high standard of service that we have come to expect from Premier Inn. Stayed before and will stay again.

Perfect for my needs!

The room was very clean and comfortable with a bath as well as a shower. Drink-making facilities were in the room and the TV worked well. I paid for the ultimate WiFi which was needed and was very reliable. The staff on the front desk and the room cleaning staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful! I used the restaurant next door which was very good too. I would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Venue - Fantastic Staff - Amazing Show!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff were friendly, caring, and professional. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Food was fantastic, breakfast was delicious. We always have a great experience when staying at Premier Inn Ripley.
