Friendly and attentive reception staff Richard and Lorraine
Plenty of parking, clean rooms, friendly staff, decent Beefeater restaurant next door. Handy supermarket also close by.

Great customer service.
Richard and Lorraine were great , very friendly and made sure I’d input my car registration into the car parking system. Richard reminded me of the meal deal offer which I took and booked my time for breakfast. Great service, thank you both very much.

Premier Inn doesn't want disabled people
This company does not like disabled people. Despite my phoning to tell them I needed a walk in shower we were given a bath. Apparently they only have one accessible room and it was booked when we arrived. I wasn't told this on the phone. They said they couldn't guarantee but never mentioned there was no hope in hell.

Genuinely impressed by the overall value for money. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short distance from the airport—making it perfect for a quick stopover or an easy start to a longer trip. The staff were consistently attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. It really added a warm touch to the stay.
