Premier Inn Sunderland A19/A1231

A sleepless night in a very noisy hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was plentiful. Oat milk or dairy-free yogurt alternatives would have been good. Cons: The location of the hotel absolutely does not match the description. Far from being quietly located at the spa park. The spa park is 2 streets away and the hotel is located directly at a large, very noisy intersection, where a tram screeches loudly around a bend every 2-3 minutes. We were really shocked because we specifically chose this hotel for its promised quiet location. Despite closed windows, we had a sleepless night due to the noise and vibration (still noticeable even on the 4th f

We are always in Feuerbach, unfortunately this time the direct booking as a business did not work out.

Pros: Breakfast was OK. Cons: The beds.

Pros: Bathroom great and the bar restaurant. Cons: A room for 3 but the 3rd bed was an uncomfortable folding armchair.

Very tired hotel

The staff were very friendly and extremely busy . The hotel seemed tired and run down. The room was vey dated but clean the pillows smelt and we asked for replacements but they did not seem fresh smelt very musty. The restaurant and bar was very busy. The staff were so organised and helpful. The seating area in the restaurant… the coverings in the seating was split at more than one table and the foam from the seating was spilling out and looked unsightly.

Comfortable stay

Nice cosy hotel, very comfortable bed, food in the Wessy was spot on too. No issues at all, would use again if in the area:)
