Premier Inn West Bromwich

Paige was amazing!

Paige is an asset to your company, made our stay amazing! She was very accommodating as our room wasn't ready and she made us feel comfortable upon arrival.

Good family get together

Was very friendly staff room was good and food was good so was the prices. Only problem we found we should of got discount on our evening meal after we had paid there was 5 meals bought but wasn't given the discount

Excellent Hotel, Restaurant and Staff

The hotel and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly with no request being too much. I stayed here for 3 weeks on business and didn't want to try another hotel due the location, fabulous onsite restaurant and the amazing staff. Highly recommended.
