Quiet and value for money
Very quiet hotel despite being in the town centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had the accessible room (again) huge bed, excellent wet room, temperature perfect and spotlessly clean. Always good value for money.
The best premier inn, amazing staff!
The best premier I’ve ever been too! I stay for leisure every month, I now choose the Woking hotel!! Staff are great! Cleanliness is top notch, what lovely bunch of people to greet you on your stay. Well done all
Dirty
Good experience at Premier Inn in central Woking
The staff were helpful. The room and bathroom clean. The breakfast chefs were helpful providing me and I was able to have porridge made with water water both mornings
Very poor communication
I chose premier Inn over a different hotel as there was an offer of breakfast included for all of us.... But on the last day we went down for breakfast and there was a sign saying there is no breakfast we never really got an explanation and there wasn't even an offer of a continental breakfast... I was told I will get my money back but because I had the offer in with my room I was told I wouldn't receive any compensation... After I was told to contact a particular number.... Then they told me to speak to the hotel again but the hotel have just ignored my request entirely and didn't get back to
