Pros: Nothing. It was dirty. TV didn't work, broken blinds, broken sofa, and smelled of mold. Smell of gas coming through air vent in the bathroom, reported it to the owner and advised them to report it immediately so hopefully they took my advice. Cons: The whole place is not fit for purpose
