Pros: El.apartamento tiene una buena distribución, con salón cocina, baño completo y dormitorio con una cama muy comoda. Electrodomésticos completos y lavadora. Bien de vajilla. Su ubicación, céntrica, tiene en su proximidad estaciones de trenes, autobuses, centro comercial y mercados de frutas y verduras y pescados. Cons: No está preparado para el calor pues no tiene aire acondicionado y con muy mala ventilación pues, pese a tener las ventanas abiertas no circulaba el.aire y con 34° era muy incómodo estar en el apartamento.
