I asked multiple times for it to be fixed or replaced. The first day, they promised to send a technician, but the second day, they said they fixed it, but they didn’t. - The shower head doesn’t work in all three rooms I booked. In one room, they sent someone to fix it, but in the others, they didn’t. -

Pros: The staff and service genuinely stood out. Manager Nijat and the front desk team are warm, fluent in English, and go beyond what is expected. On my last day, I accidentally left my watch behind — it had fallen into the gap of the elevator shaft rushing to my flight. I left my contact with the front desk not knowing what to expect. They retrieved it, coordinated everything, and we laughed about the whole story together. That kind of care is rare and memorable.
