Pros: Property is situated at great location. Nice layout and good size rooms. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Room was very cold, heating was not working, housekeeping staff provided electric plug in heater. Poor WiFi connection, took ages to connect but didn’t stay connected long, missed really important online meeting.

Pros: Excellent location for our purposes, right in the heart of Bloomsbury, and not too pricy (all is relative here..). Good breakfast. Cons: Room was stuffy, even in October (no AC), and staff seemed a little disinterested, usually denoting a less than optimal organizational culture
