Pros: Great location and good-sized rooms. The staff were welcoming and polite. Cons: The temperature in the room couldn't get warmer than a certain degree set. The double-booking of the room I booked and having to wait until it was available the next day were not ideal. Also, the wait time for the lift was annoying, as only one was functioning.

Pros: We had an excellent stay at this hotel, where we had already enjoyed staying before. Despite the ongoing renovation works in the lobby, our experience was very positive. The reception was simply outstanding: the entire team was very kind, always smiling and available. The room is spacious and very comfortable, with a nice small living room and a large desk, ideal for working in good conditions.
