In the Heart of Motor City

Pros: Right in the heart of the city. The windows kept the noise out. A parking garage was right across the street and was easy to access. The instructions on how to enter the property were easy to follow and the host was very helpful with providing batteries for a remote control. The room is a short walk to Comerica Park and many restaurants. Cons: The elevator in the building was a little rickety but worked. The elevator code was sometimes difficult. Pros: Perfect location for exploring downtown Detroit or attending an event. The unit was nice and cool when we entered and the beds were comfortable. We would have loved to have stayed longer, the check in instructions were very clear. Cons: All good

Pros: The location is incredible and next to all main attractions downtown! Easily walkable. Easy to reserve and lots of communication with check in / check out details. Plenty of fresh towels in restroom. Cons: We visited during the spring transition time where the building was set to heat and did not allow us to lower the thermostat in the apartment. We opened windows which helped, but it got hot at night. Fans could be helpful. Additionally, the water heater couldn’t keep up with the POWERFUL shower head. Central to Sports venues & theaters

Pros: Great location, central to all venues, plenty of food and shopping nearby, not necessary to rent a car. Cons: City noise loud on weekend, but, expected and tolerable. Only mentioning so others may come prepared with portable fan or white noise machine, if needed.
