Pros: Excellent staff and service. Great location. Comfortable. Met and exceeded expectations. Cons: The only thing I missed is a common area outdoors (terrace with seating).

Pros: I’ve been traveling a lot lately to Egypt, been in many places, I can say for certain that this place is the best I’ve seen, clean, safe, very comfortable, the staff are amazing, they’ll always there for you and try to make your experience better, Mr. Samih is your man , he’s an amazing guy, he’ll read your mind and do things before you say it. Cons: There’s absolutely nothing I don’t like about it

Pros: The property was very clean, I was satisfied with the rooms as it was very relaxing. Everything I needed for our visit was there. Also the staff were amazing the manger sameh and woman in the front desk Martina, were very helpful in navigating us, in addition the whole staff at the Prime Residence Heliopolis were kind. Cons: Nothing honestly,
