Disgusting room

Terrible upsetting when u asked and paid for a clean room at 70 pound disgusting Dirty stained protection cover covering too stained toppers Hole in wall by bed Bland room Dirty carpet Stained ceiling Bathroom tatty tiles etc hairs in sink hole Will never return Receptionist unhelpful reassured us the room would be clean? Was too tied to complain slept on top of own clothes Not happy
