Delightful stay, would 100% stay again!!
Pros: I had an amazing stay here! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything I needed. The staff were so kind and helpful, and as a female solo traveller I felt incredibly safe. The closest tube station was only a 5 min walk away, which was very useful!! Bed was also incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the complimentary upgrade :) Cons: Everything was perfect

Cons: La habitación era muy pequeña, tenía una minúscula ventana que daba a un patio interior muy pequeño. El baño tenía un sonido de extracción bastante ruidoso y las paredes eran de papel. Básicamente escuchábamos a un niño llorar en la habitación de al lado como si estuviera en la nuestra. Entiendo que venimos de España y los alojamientos tienen otra calidad por ese tipo de precios. 120 euros la noche por una habitación de ese tipo en las afueras de Londres me parece algo desproporcionado...

Très bon hôtel personnel au top
Bon emplacement à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du métro. Le personnel était très aimable souriant et serviable. On est arrivé très tôt on nous a donné des bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée et ils ont eu l'amabilité de nous laisser l'accès à la chambre plus tôt que prévu. La chambre et le linge de lit étaient très propre et la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et il y a des fruits à volonté à l'accueil. Tous mes remerciements au personnel pour l'accueil, nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix/emplacement
Pros: Personnel très accueillant et très disponible pour toute demande. Accueil 24h sur 24h ! La literie est très bonne, la climatisation dans l'annexe était bienvenue avec cette canicules. Petit déjeuner anglais. Emplacement parfait pour l'Excel London et bien moins cher que les hôtels aux alentours. Cons: Les douches : il n'y a pas de douchettes, c'est pas très pratique pour les brushing... Les chambres sont petites, mais pratiques et l'hôtel ne peut pas pousser les murs !
