Pros: I needed fully functional kitchen, oven, kettle, since i cook my own food for the kid. The apt had it all. Not new but fully operational. Also brand new washing machine and a drier. Very close to subway, great grocery store (fish market) and the beach. Cons: The apt is not ideal for a honeymoon trip, but great for families with experience who need reliability.
Excellent, attentive host, extremely poor location.
Pros: The host was exceptional in responding to my questions and concern concerns. Cons: Loud traffic 24 hours a day, and because the bedroom blinds didn’t cover the entire windows there was a light show on the walls of the bedroom every night. We got very little sleep each night.
Pros: Location Cons: Host was excellent
Very poor
Pros: Clean and super comfortable space. Near the beach and Subway. Responsive host Cons: Ac was broken and there was no house number so was tough to figure out which 2nd floor apartment. Relatively quiet. Very disappointed that Booking.com (not owners fault) show this place as being 4.7 miles from JFK airport. It was actually 10 miles!!!!!
Very good
