Pros: The apartment is centrally located in Udine. It is on the 2nd floor - no elevator, so not wheelchair accessible. Bicycles could be safely stored in the courtyard - unfortunately, there was no power outlet for charging. The apartment was clean and well ventilated! Cons: Unfortunately, no power outlet in the courtyard - eBikes could not be charged. The air conditioning is unsuitable for the apartment - it was installed in a narrow corridor and therefore does not cool the bedroom at all. It's almost unbearable in the heat - the apartment is right under the roof.

Pros: The apartment was in the center of Udine, clean and with a parking space. Cons: The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, the air conditioning had only one unit in the corridor, and the house being an attic was a bit warm. In addition, the freezer was not usable... because it was completely full of ice... you couldn't even open the drawers!!!

Cute, cozy accommodation
Pros: It is really a cute apartment Cons: The shower doesn't stay in position well and the air conditioning in the living room is too small to cool the entire apartment. Tip for the owner, nothing to blame but everything is so clean and neutral, and the two heavy blue colors in the bedroom are overwhelming when you step inside that room... I think painting it the same color as the living room would be much more beautiful and complete.
