Pros: Great location, free street parking, friendly host, and spacious, clean place. Cons: Very loud rooftop music from nearby restaurants until 4 AM made it impossible to sleep, and the bed was too small for two.

Quiet place to rest before or after your flight from JFk.

Pros: A lovely clean and well maintained little apartment, with AC, fan, and a small kitchen with stove and fridge. The owners are very nice. The place is 10 minutes by taxi from the JFK airport. Cons: A mirror in the bathroom would be a nice addition.

私は日本人なので、日本人視点でのレビューを書かせていただきます。 このホテルはJFK空港とマンハッタンの両方にアクセスしやすいです。JFK空港へはAir Trainが通るLefferts Blvd駅まで徒歩20分程度であり、車なら10分程度です。マンハッタンへはⒶ路線が通るOzone Park - Lefferts Blvd駅まで徒歩20分程度です。加えて、これらの駅までの道は大通りに面しているため、迷いにくいですし、治安も心配ないと思います。付近にはスーパーや飲食店も豊富にあるので、食事には困りません。また、この辺り一帯は、日本では見かけないような美しい洋風の庭付き一戸建てが並んでおり、日本人にとっては景観も楽しめます。 価格については、この辺り一帯のホテルの中では良心的です。 オーナーの夫妻は非常に優しかったです。女性の方はとても気さくで人見知りの私でも話しやすかったですし、男性の方は静かでしたが帰り際に握手をしてくださったり空港までの道を教えてくれたりしました。また、私は初め使う部屋を間違えていましたが、それでも彼らは嫌な顏ひとつしませんでした。 建物や部屋や設備はどれも清潔かつ高級感があり、リラックスできました。私は運が良かったのか2階のフロア全体を使わせてもらえましたが、寝室・ダイニングキッチン・バスルーム・リビングのいずれも広くて、こんなに贅沢して良いのかと驚き
