Good - with minor drawbacks
Pros: Good location, only 5 minutes walk from the main train station. All quite modern, room functionally furnished, very good mattress, good TV, good bathroom, everything there, good air conditioning in the room (adjustable), very good in price & performance, perfect for us for one night.
Cons: Receptionist very grumpy at check-in, she has obviously never heard of the importance of the 'First Impression', apparently never asked the question 'Did you have a good journey?' (very strange to us!) --- Carpet in the room had some unpleasant stains (still all clean), unfortunately no kettle for coff

Pros: Vicinity to Congress center is useful for work travel.
Cons: Rooms are small with no space to keep luggage and no shelves for clothes

Cons: Rooms are small with no space to keep luggage and no shelves for clothes. It is a small sleeping space when they will clean the room after the 3rd night. Bed consumes all the small space.
