Pro Active Guest House

Comfortable and pleasant stay

Pros: The book-in and out was quick and easy, with friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, and no problem with hot water to be able to take a shower. We enjoyed the air-conditioning, the tv which had various options to choose from, and to be able to make a cup of coffee the next morning. We had a great night sleep on a comfy and clean bed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Cons: We struggled a bit to open the safety gate at the room. We did not quite know how but managed after a few minutes; so it was no problem at all.

Excellent service and comfort for my money

Very friendly staff and comfortable room/bed and facilities

Good stay but alot of inconvenience.

Pros: The rooms is nice Cons: The parking is advertised bigger than it actually is. Every booking says that you will have a parking spot, but you end up parking behind eachother, so sometimes you have to ask someone behind you to move first before you can leave. And the other way around. When we wanted to shower in the morning there was no warm water, so we couldn’t shower in the morning. Place also doesn’t look like in the photos anymore.

Pros: It was close to loftes versveld Cons: The aircon dident work by

Unhappy costomer

Pros: I didn't like anything. Our last visit to guest house was same problem now we experienced same thing again. Cons: The air-conditioning was not working and on the other side electric blanket also not working. I asked the employee she responded as she doesn't care. She didn't even come up with solution. We end up leaving the guest house to book another accommodation.
