Good value for money in a good location
Pros: We booked the Empress Hotel but Booking.com cancelled the booking at short notice and we couldn't re-book so Promenade House was available for which we were very grateful. The property was available, spacious and comfortable and considerably cheaper than the Empress Cons: No breakfast provided and no breakfasts available locally so we had to make do with yogurt from M&S. The lack of personal contact was not ideal. We expected rubbish to be removed promptly but there was a one day delay and we expected dirty towels to be removed.

Pros: What a beautiful place to stay. We faced the ocean. We loved that our room was on the main floor. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Wonderful stay! Kim was so helpful every step of the way!
Pros: Property was a great location to catch public transport or walk to some of the popular TT spots! Cons: The only thing that was a negative was that there wasn't air conditioning and it was warmer than expected. But AC wasn't advertised, it was just the heat and nothing to do with the property! Able to open a window and it was fine!
