Pros: Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is fantastisch over glooiende weilanden/bos. Het ligt met 2 andere cottages en het huis van de verhuurders op zeker 2 hectare grond. Veel privacy. Huisje niet groot, maar efficiënt, gezellig en volledig ingericht met veel licht, en In de buurt van leuke stadjes (Rye, Winchelsea) mooie fietsroute, goed wandelen, heerlijk eten. Hele goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Cons: Niets
