Location ideal, cleanliness and safety lacking

Pros: Location ideal for being right in the city and close to Ocean Village. The pin coded door are a nice feature. I like that there was an elevator in building. Cons: It was a dirty property, markings on wall, stains on bedsheets, damages to furnishings, the bed was cheap and uncomfortable and not even a proper duvet, southampton was cold and not even a decent blanket. The heating did not work and the heater in closet had damaged plug couldn’t be used. The shower drain needs unclogging as would flood quickly. The blind was broken. Pros: Convenient location, comfortable room, felt safe. Cons: Could have done with an extra pillow each. You hear a bit of noise from outside, but that is expected given the location.

Would I stay again?? Yes as convienient, and reasonably priced

Pros: Location was perfect for what I needed which was to be close to town .. check in and details to check in were simple and easy to do.. even though we were central I didn’t really hear much noise I was on top floor. I thought toiletries, tea/coffee were brilliant extras, also I had extra pillows and blankets which were handy , plenty of plugs, towels, beds were comfy and layout was a good size and it was clean throughout my room just a little tried, shower also had a good pressure too. Cons: If I had to pick things to improve I’d say.. it was just a bit tired.. the blinds were broken, curt

Lovely place to stay and in a great location.

Pros: Great location, lovely space. Had everything you need for a stay that I planned. The staff have been amazing and super supportive and helpful. Cons: Can’t think of anything
