Pros: Close to the center, pretty easy to get to any part of the city. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Cons: Bathrooms as clean as bar bathrooms, disgusting. During the 4 days we stayed, they didn't empty the trash bins even once, they were overflowing with used toilet paper. FLIP-FLOPS to use the bathroom and take a shower are an absolute must
Lovely stay in a great location. Just could do with a better clean.
Pros: The location was great and value for money was hard to beat for central London. Cons: It could have been cleaned better. The carpet didn’t seem to have been hoovered and there’s quite a lot of dust everywhere like on things like bedside tables. None the less it’s all stuff that could be easily sorted.
Great location, fair stay for one night.
Pros: The location was excellent! It was also nice to get some discounts at the pub. Cons: There were only five lockers available in my six-bed dorm room because one of them was broken. I had to ask the reception staff to store my backpack in the luggage room instead.
