Pros: Location Cons: I have no idea how this hotel got Michelin key. Stuff was unfriendly and completely unwilling to help. Amenities super minimal. For the same price I could have booked Intercontinental in Polanco

Pros: A localização é excelente; a comida do café da manhã e os quartos são ótimos. A staff é super atenciosa e demonstrou disposição para resolver qualquer problema relacionado à minha estadia. Cons: Atrás do hotel havia um restaurante e, em um determinado dia, o exaustor do próprio restaurante reverberava no quarto. Assim que fiz a reclamação, a staff me realocou para um quarto melhor, sanando o meu problema.
