Average quality hotel, does not deserve 5 stars
Pros: Very good location, a few minutes to the zoo and KaDeWe. Cons: We were accommodated in the second part of the hotel for the spa, which required taking 2 elevators. Poorly located rooms, worn out and in need of refurbishment.

Pros: Staff were very nice and location was great. Bar was great. Cons: Had no safe for the entire stay we raised it 4 times and it was never fixed. Also the kettle was faulty and asked for it to be changed which never happened.
