Pros: staff are really nice, the foyer feels nice, but rooms are a bit old and basic for the price Cons: The rooms are very underwhelming, old fitout, no minibar, cracked sink. The place needs a refurb

Great staff great attention to detail and a great experiance

Pros: The staff are so amazing nothing is too much trouble. I had a small Maintenance issue with my room the trouble the Angelo went to not only to fix the issue but to ensure everything was in working order was amazing Cons: I have stayed a number of tines at this hotel and it never disappoints

Amazing & central location

Pros: The location Cons: Some staff at the door embarrassed to see Asians staying at where they work & the same with Asian receptionists . :))

Pros: Great location, convenient parking. Cons: $46 for 3 bottles of water, when there was no water supplied in the room, was overly expensive. Also had to request additional towels twice as there wasn’t enough for our room equivalent to our booking
