A great city stay
Pros: It was amazing place to stay. Staff were helpful and generally good to talk to. Room was fancy and clean. Room service food was great. A great selection of drinks Cons: The mini bar didnt have milk for coffee but im sure if we would have ask we could of got some.

Pros: The location and the rate I received was positive, the overall facilities in place would indicate a very good International Hotel, unfortunately the way this hotel is managed delivered a very negative impact. This facility was part of the life blood of Melbourne and should still be so,unfortunately it's lacking severely. Cons: The Food and Beverage,including the service, with a single exception is an absolute disgrace, the menu or menus show little or no understanding of pairing food. I was served a scotch fillet with a béarnaise sauce, over cooked, tough and inedible, as was I noted the
