Pros: Evening meal was good.Room was large with nice river view. Breakfast and Evening meal was very good value. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: Could have been a better choice of breakfast Wi fi in reception was very poor. OK in the rooms

Liverpool is a great vibrant city full of very funny witty and helpful people.
Pros: Proximity to everything. Very very pleasant and helpful staff. Cons: Think the breakfast could have offered far more choice. Not enough choice of breads/spreads etc. Pastries/fresh fruit needed to be replaced far more quickly. Better selection of yogurts. For what we paid would not expect to have honey in a paper cup! Shower room smelt very damp. Took the next day to get slippers after asking on arrival. Toiletries not the best.
