A beautiful, bold and big hotel with breathtaking views
Pros: A little piece of heaven can be found at Pullman.. big rooms, massive and super comfy beds, close to the station but not too close, great staff, and vibey decor. Right on the doorstep of great restaurants and shops. I liked it here a lot! Cons: Nothing
First impression not good from certain members of staff
Pros: Location was good, very near Eurostar station. Cons: We were allocated a room next to a building playing very loud music which was playing all afternoon into the night. Asked to change room and was told the music would stop at 7.30pm, which it didn't. We asked again to change our room, finally we were allocated a quieter room. We were sent a porter by reception to help us move our luggage but all that member of staff did was knock on our door to tell us we were moving room and then she walked away, no help at all from her.
Highly recommended and super convenient
