Pros: The hotel was great my room was very spacious and comfortable the staff were super friendly and helpful especially Mike at the front desk. Cons: Everything from the facilities down to the staff was excellent

Pros: Bed very nice... AC worked fine in room Cons: Bathroom had no soap for bath or shower, room some lights were broken, wires for lights running from plugs over floor... alarm clock not functional, booked for 3 nights and had to extend to a fourth night, got charged more than half extra one for one night. extremely unhappy and staff at reception just shrug shoulders to say its a booking.com issue. i feel cheated and will never return and will not advise anyone to come to the Pullman either. I had booked the extra night online prior to my arrival, but somehow the hotel cannot find the bookin
