High standard hotel with low quality of staff
Pros: The comfortable bed and pillows. Shanghai Train Station is very close by (5 min walking) for connecting trains to other cities. Cons: Staff in the reception spoke the absolutely needed English to check-in, in the restaurant the waiters did speak no English, concierge the best of all.Reception not very helpful.The inside pool was only via lobby reachable, long walk from one to other side, from one to other elevator and not very welcoming pool. The room was very noisy at night/morning due close heavy traffic highway, earplugs in the cupboard. From the elevator to the room's very thick car
