Great stay - too short
Everything was perfect! Just wish we had stayed longer. Super clean, bed linens wonderful. Beds very comfy. The breakfast was delicious with very good variety. All the staff were friendly , helpful and very professional. Highly recommend!
Glamorous, quiet, and understated
Pros: There is a lovely scent when entering the lobby. Check-in and check-out were easy and the service throughout was impeccable. A colleague walked us to the room and explained how everything worked, including the in-room Alexa that controls lighting, shades, and temperature by voice. The room is beautifully designed, immaculate, and comfortable. Excellent bedding and towels, complimentary water and meringues on arrival, and exceptional chocolates at turndown. The bathroom is compact but efficient and well laid out, finished in marble and stone with good lighting, L'Occitane toiletries, and
Gorgeous stay with a Brazilian flare
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Pulso Hotel The room was well equipped, comfortable bedding, spotlessly clean and the service outstanding. The design and feel of the space was truly special, as an architect I can appreciate the experience. The gym was amazing, we only learned on our last day that the PT could be available for us if needed. Diego was the nicest guy. The staff at breakfast were charming, specially Leonardo, who was very attentive and really understood European/ British standards of service. Cons: The only few negatives were the lack of space for our suitcases in the room
