Voltaremos com certeza! Um luxo só!
Pros: Hotel maravilhoso, com restaurantes e café da manhã top, staff super atencioso e competente. Um luxo na esquina da Faria Lima Cons: Talvez o quarto pudesse ser um pouquinho maior, mas é um detalhe irrelevante, pois o mordomo acomodou nossas roupas com todo o capricho nas prateleiras nos deixando surpreendidos positivamente

Hotel bom para quem viaja sozinho. Quartos muito pequenos.
Pros: Hotel novo, e de muito bom gosto. Cons: Travesseiros muito rígidos e quartos muito pequenos. Os mais simples nao vale o custo benefício. Tive que trocar por um maior para conseguir espaço para abrir a mala e me hospedar com a minha filha.

Parece um hotel com excelente potencial, mas que conecta de forma deficiente, com as necessidades do cliente!
Pros: Boa cama, dependéncias do hotel são muito boas! Cons: Banheiro muito pequeno;café da manhã não faz jus ao preço da diária; Não há motivo da sauna que comporta 5 pessoas ter que ser reservada para somente 1 pessoa por vez utilizar;sinal Internet muito ruim…;check out demorado é feito de forma muito amadora!
