Pros: Well I was looking forward to staying their with my husband. In a great location. Communication via bookings was great even up to the night before. Cons: They cancelled on me at 9:30am morning of check in. They had to cancel due to a flooding on top floor which affected my room. And could t find me any other hotel rooms on a Saturday nte. Ruined our anniversary getaway. Devastated no compensation for future stays at their other chains. .
