Expectations not met at this price.
Pros: The contact person (cleaning staff) was very nice and helpful. Parking available. Good location to public transportation. Cons: The house is a complete construction site. Staircase poorly lit and the musty smell of about 100 years is ingrained in the building structure. It was just renovated, but this was not communicated. The already renovated apartment was nice to look at, but sparsely furnished. Initially, we had a very borderline apartment (Purple chill), after intervention, we moved to Cove 1. Never again.
Very good
Pros: Large apartment, very clean. Well located on a pretty street. Free on-site parking (small note, there is no charging point as one might think from seeing the photos, but there are charging stations nearby). Self check-in and check-out. Cons: The exterior of the building is currently under construction, it didn't bother me for one night.
