Does not meet the requirements

Pros: The location and the staff. Cons: The air conditioner does not work. Also, very noisy room. Broken window replaced with a wooden panel

Quirky but simple rooms with paper-thin walls

Pros: Pretty clean, quirky design. Close to shops and cafes (but not in the center) Cons: Thin walls. Had to ask the room next door to turn off their music and stop singing. No air conditioning
