Pros: The staff was very nice. Cons: Overall cleanliness was bad. The room clearly just had a quick once over. Walls and doors were dirty, the carpet appeared to be moist and smelled bad. I found things like gum and hair ties in the pool. If it wouldn't have been $300 because of a football game it world have been fine, but when you pay that much for a night in a hotel with no elevator and a very minimal breakfast it's disappointing.

Pros: Location and value for money Cons: The aircon seem to leak some water on the floor it would be best to take care of it for future damage, just a minor inconvenience for the guests but a must fix for the hotel.
