Pros: Location Cons: We are all elderly 67+ 2 flights of stairs with luggage Awful No elevator We mentioned this No offer of changing to ground floor They were not busy We stayed 4 nights

Pros: Good facilities close to the airport and quiet Cons: Asked for additional pillows and was told none available, also very rude about it. Customer service could use some work with how things are phrased and addressed

Would stay at another hotel this would be my last resort if all others were sold out
Pros: Parking with good plenty of parking. Cons: They had luggage carts but no elevator didn't make sense had to carry every item up the stairs. Floors and ice machine looked dirty.
