Perfect Location, but the Service is a Coin Toss

Pros: You can’t beat this hotel's location—it’s absolutely excellent and close to everything. I also want to mention that some of the staff members were very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Those specific employees clearly care about their guests. Cons: I was disappointed by the inconsistency of the service. While some staff were nice, others were unprofessional and clearly lack basic customer service skills; it felt like they were in the wrong line of work. Additionally, the breakfast was pretty mediocre and didn't live up to expectations. There's definitely room for improvement here.

Great for a quick stay.

Pros: Nice clean room, good hot shower and quiet over night. Cons: The lady at the front desk was rude, it was a real chore for her to store our bags! However the proton later was lovely. Shuttle was not running, had to call and they paid for an uber. Heads up would have been great!
