Don't waste your money.
Pros: Good location and breakfast. Cons: Old, musty rooms. Infiltration in the paint. Broken faucets. Hot water fails during peak hours. It was 11°C in São Paulo. Burnt out light bulbs everywhere: rooms and corridors. 50% of gym equipment broken.

Not recommended.
Cons: The first room they put me in had a non-functioning air conditioner and the bathroom flush made noise for 30 minutes. Asked to change rooms and found it dirty. Dirty blankets and pillows with peeling walls. Not recommended.
