This place wasn't for me, its away from the town, once there just stuck, and the rooms are bit tiny considering its a ship converted in a hotel. Its a nice place, but not for me.

Front desk training needed

Everything was in order..great location..facilities etc.. however the hotel was let down by the front desk. We arrived after a 10 hour flight at 4.30am ( room booked for the night before) only to find room not ready!..had to wait 30 minutes..with various stories from the front desk...aircon not working was the first excuse...then the next was we are trying to get a sea view for you... just a very poor experience made worse by a rather agressive duty manager..who appeared from nowhere just so rude... they did offer to move rooms the next day but honestly at this stage we wete settled in. The
